A cuisine that brings you away from home.
At Spoon, the cuisine provides you with a change of scenery. Drastically: it makes you change countries. You embark somewhere between Bombay and Mangalore. You go up the Red Sea to Alexandria unless you choose to travel via Doha, in the Persian Gulf, then continue on camel back to Aleppo and reach Istanbul.

The menu
Spoon takes you on a journey on the spice route. Butter Chicken from New Delhi, Persian Octopus, Doha Chickpea: each city has its own recipe. These contemporary interpretations of traditional cuisines are all subtle variations within the great cuisines of India and the Levant. Often using modest products like cereals and vegetables, the dishes are always very flavoured, sometimes slightly spicy, and accompanied by delicate and refined seasonings.

Wines
Did you know that in Armenia, wine is often aged in amphoras? Have you ever tasted a sparkling sake or a sweet Czech white wine? Most of the bottles offered on the wine list come from little-known vineyards (Lebanon, Syria, China, Bosnia, etc.) and are made from indigenous grape varieties (for example, Armenian black areni and khndoghni or Romanian fetească neagră). A mine of discoveries to be made!

Cocktails & mocktails
A wink to the spice route with the dukkha, a mixture of Egyptian spices, which spice up the Alexandrie. A play on colors with the Dark ‘n Stormy which mixes the yellow of lemon and the amber of rum. A game of flavors with the New Delhi mocktail whose vine peaches evoke the taste of wine. The diversity of the world can also be tasted in a glass!

Sunday Brunch
Every Sunday, a great journey awaits you with this brunch that mixes the flavours of the oriental world. You can help yourself to the two buffets, one for starters, the other for desserts. For the dish, you will have the choice between a dish with meat, the other with fish and the third vegetable.
